ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS
Kísérleteinkben, 9 W/cm2 teljesítmény és
1,117MHz frekvencia mellett meghatároztuk a hangtérbeli kavitáció megszűntetéséhez
szükséges liofilizált Saccharomyces cerevisiae pékélesztő koncentráció
g/l mennyiségét. Ezután e mennyiség többszöröseinek felhasználásával, követtük
nyomon a hangtérben kialakult akusztikus jelenségeket, illetve szimultán,
vitális festés segítségével a sejtek túlélési dinamikájának alakulását. A
vizsgált akusztikus jelenségek az akusztikus áramlás, az állóhullám, a
kavitáció jelenségei voltak. A hangtér fizikai paraméterei alapvetően
befolyásolták a hangtérben kialakuló jelenségeket és azok kialakulási
küszöbértékeit. A jelenségek visszahatottak a hangtér anyagi minőségére, így
jelenség-hatás láncreakció zajlott le a besugárzás alatt. A dolgozat a
különböző jelenségek által okozott sejtroncsoló hatás, illetve a hangtér
fizikai állapotának, akusztikus jelenségek kialakulásában játszott szerepének
megértésében segít.

ABSTRACT
We used 9 [W/cm2]
power and 1,117 [MHz] frequency ultrasound. A conventionally freeze-dried Saccharomyces
cerevisiae yeast was our test microbe. We measured the cavitation threshold
concentration [g/l] from this microbe suspension. Then we used the manifolds of
this cavitation threshold concentration of the microbe suspension in the sound
field. In this way formation several acoustic phenomenon in the sound field.
This phenomenon is the acoustic cavitation, the standing wave and the acoustic
streaming. Under these phenomenon we measured the cell viability simultaneous
with methylen blue test. The first result, the suspension concentration
influence the formation and the threshold values of acoustic phenomenon.
Second, the survive ability influenced from acoustic phenomenon of cell
suspensions. So the cell viability depend on cell concentration of sound field.
The conclusion from examination, in the ultrasound field a dominant acoustic
phenomena and biological effect interaction or chain reaction occur under the
irradiation. Our experimental goal is realization the selective treatment with
ultrasound again some underirable particle of whole ultrasonic field where
besides any valuable particle. Such situation for example the underirable
particles like the pathogen microbes in the food products.
